INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PARALEGAL

Alec Estus holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Arts and Sciences in English with a Certificate (equivalent to a Minor) in Creative Writing from San Diego State University. Since earning a Paralegal Certificate from the University of San Diego’s Paralegal Program, Alec has worked as a Certificated Paralegal.

After starting at ARC IP Law as a student intern, Alec took the position as a Trademark Paralegal. He continues to hone his legal knowledge while employing his extensive writing experience to aid in every part of the trademark process, from Screening Searches and Applications to Registrations and Renewals.

Alec enjoys the fast-paced Trademark prosecution process and the unique challenges that every client’s trademark portfolio brings. The combination of Alec’s knowledge of law and writing allows him to take on any challenge that comes his way.
