ARC IP Law obtained the pioneering patent for Cablecam that is used to film NFL games with a camera that moves in three dimensions above the field using two ropes. ARC IP Law got the patent issued in 10 months with an Accelerated Examination petition.

ARC IP Law also successfully defended against an injunction to stop Cablecam from filming the Super Bowl. Cablecam was allowed to film the championship game and provided amazing camera angles that were never before seen in football games.

ARC IP Law helped Cablecam secure their patent rights and then successfully defended them.

ARC IP Law prosecuted the design patent in the United States for a robot that was on the Cover of Time Magazine. When foreign entities seek protection in the U.S. for utility patents and design patents, they call ARC IP Law to help.

Stasher, as seen on Shark Tank

ARC IP Law obtained over 20 patents for Stasher in the U.S., Europe, China, Canada, Korea and Japan for their innovative silicone reusable storage bags that have kept billions of plastic bags from being made. ARC IP Law also filed over 70 trademarks for Stasher in dozens of countries. Stasher is sold in over 30 countries. The Stasher bags can be taken out of a refrigerator and put into a 400-degree oven and not melt. Stasher is shown in the TV show Shark Tank, one of two clients that ARC IP Law has had on the show. Stasher was purchased by SC Johnson for an undisclosed amount, helped by the large portfolio of patents that ARC IP Law brought forth.

LARQ, as seen on Shark Tank

ARC IP Law obtained over a dozen patents for LARQ in the U.S., Europe, China and Canada. LARQ makes water bottles that sanitize water with UV light. LARQ was ARC IP Law’s second client that made it onto the TV show Shark Tank. LARQ was purchased by Britta for an undisclosed amount, in large part based on the number of patents that ARC IP Law produced for LARQ.
